ABOUT NICOLE
An experienced attorney, Nicole has represented labor unions, employees, benefits funds, corporations, and non-profit organizations in various industries including public sector, entertainment, health care, education, transportation, construction, and communications. Her prior experience includes working at Spivak Lipton LLP and Hughes Hubbard & Reed.
She has represented clients in federal and New York State courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitration hearings. Nicole is admitted to practice in New York.
Nicole is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. She is active in the Section’s Development of the Law Under the NLRA Committee and is an Associate Editor and Chapter Editor of The Developing Labor Law.
Nicole received her law degree from Columbia Law School and her undergraduate degree, with honors, in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Nicole has advised clients on best employment practices, employment contracts, severance agreements, employee handbooks, and policies. She has represented clients before state, local, and federal administrative agencies.
